Falklands & South Georgia Islands - March 2016

Sharon and I took a National Geographic trip to the Falkland Islands and then on to South Georgia Island - just north of Antarctica.  South Georgia is one of the most remote islands in the world.  It is famous for the Shackleton expdedtion that was stranded in Antarctica 100 years ago - and finally rowed to South Georgia to get rescued.
